Had the same issue and first thought it was due...

Had the same issue and first thought it was due to the worn out tyres. Changed the tyres and the problem did not go off.
the steering stem bearing had worn off and replacing it did the trick for me....

That's great. Mine used to shut down and after lots of frustrating days, the problem was attributed to a faulty Roll over sensor. Kawasaki replaced the sensor and it's been going good for the last 2...

yes the US spec one does not have the city light. I swapped the bulbs and it was working.
I'll be sitting on this issue today and i have a feeling it's nothing major. I'll update the group.

Exclamation head lamp and pilot lamp query

Hi,
own a 2012 ninja 250R and couple of days back realized that the low beam and the pilot lamp is not working. the pilot lamp is also called as "city lamp" in the manual.
The high beam works fine...

Is there any way to replace the pilot lamp/ parking lamp/ positioning lamp without removing the fairing?
My low beam and the pilot lamp is not working and i removed the low beam bulb...

approach from underneath the fairing and feel for the rubber mount of the headlamp. ...
