I ended up ordering it from amazon with a bunch of other car maintenance stuff and paying the 2 day shipping.

Based on the local prices of everything I bought and assuming a local price of $40...

Any one interested in doing this mod, Amazon has the filter available with free shipping. Unfortunately this free shipping does not apply to Hawaii as it is considered hazardous and must be shipped...
