So far I have looked at/research lowering the 250r for my girlfriend.
So far
-lowering links 1.25/1.5' (side stand inc.)
-seat cut
-platform shoes/boots

Now if that extra little bit is needed...

I have researched the 250r quite well. I believe that with a few mods that it will be able to suit a shorter person, my GF (shorter than normal, 24.5inch instep).

I thought that it would be a great mod seeing as most 250r's will never take a pillion.

Also very easy to change over, VERY EASY.
