The oil level is not correct.
Just adding oil up to the upper line in the sightglass after replacing the filter does not give you the proper level.
After initial filling, you need to start the engine and let it run at least enough to fill the oil filter and circulate the oil, then wait (usually 3 minutes), then balance the cycle level (more accurate than using a rear or centerstand), then read the sightglass.
