I ma be wrong, but last time I went to the dmv to get my motorcycle endorsment about 2 or 3 weeks ago, there were posters all over the walls for an online database. I meant to write the link down but never did. Basially let's you add your emergency contact info into an online database (government ran) and they can get it from that (from what I understand). Ill try to post the link. I'm pretty sure it was a florida database only though. But I doubt we're the only ones with something like this.
Also if anyone has been to the msf lately, not sure if all msf courses are handing these out and its not really emergency contact related, but now they hand out these stickers for your helmet saying somthing along the lines of "warning: do not risk paralysis by removing helmet, wait for emt or medical personel to remove helmet" so if someone were to go down bystanders won't try taking the helmet off.
