I forgot that I had sunglasses on in my MSF class and took the helmet off. You guessed it...snapped an ear stem. Fortunately, I had a spare pair. I wear a balaclava in the winter and slide the stems in after putting on the helmet. Fit perfectly on the outside of the balaclava.
