I think during the first trimester it would be ok. After that, I feel like the stomach may become a bit of a hassle and the cramping, mood swings and all that other great stuff would increase your risk whether you be in a car or on a bike. We all know its more dangerous to ride a motorcycle than drive a car in most cases and I don't think it would be a good idea to put your baby at such great risk.
