I don't see an issue with this. It's been in cars and planes forever.

1) If I have an accident that's my fault, I'm fessing up to it and fixing it. I won't blame someone else for my mistake. Therefore, big brother knowing how fast I was moving is not an issue.
2) If I get into an accident that's not my fault, I want proof that what I'm saying is true. That's the same reason I ride with a camera. (well, before it broke...)
