Just got done with a ride after throwing on the 41T rear sprocket.

Damn. I love it!

First actually feels useful now. Pulled into a parking lot and I didn't have to shift into the second to ride around. Buzziness is down across the board at the same speeds as before. I was still trying to shift to the last gear - but this time I actually found it: 6th. Surprised myself a few times, but it was part of getting used to it. Only took a few minutes and I adapted just fine.

On paper, you do lose some acceleration, but I actually prefer WOT from 0-60 mph this way as I'm less focused on constantly shifting.

But overall, everything is smooth smooth smooth. Acceleration feels smoother. Cruising feels smoother, and blipping the throttle while downshifting during engine braking is definitely smoother. I've been missing out!
