"best" depends on what you are trying to achieve. For me "best" is fastest on track and cheaply as possible. That would mean the stock 250R wheel is "best" as it is lighter, and can fit more than enough tire I need to maintain traction - and its free. If the "best" was fastest on track without cheaply as possible it would be one of the galespeed or marcheseni forged wheels
