This is what I'm looking into right now as well. Mine isn't that bad. It was hardly noticable until I tried to put the plastics back on and nothing is lining up. New frames are expensive, and used ones are very hard to find. Right now I have mine at a shop in town here. I'll let you know what they find. I was also looking at getting a frame with front end damage and cutting the subframe area out of it to weld onto my bike, along with getting a bolt on subframe from a bigger Ninja and modding the frames to fit together.
