I feel more ladies would bring smiles.
Get rid of Jigglette for the month. Maybe a short hospital stay (mental hospital) for evaluation.

Charge each member, I mean have each member donate, 20% of their salary sent to a private bank account ( I can volunteer my account), for the betterment of the site.
