Also, Every time I initially start it up it will have a rough/low idle and feel like it wants to stall out.. but as I start riding around the idle smooths out and raises it self to about 1.5-2k rpm..
The Bike seems to run fine as far as I can tell.. (but its my first bike)
Any info or suggestions would be very much appreciated!! Im very frustrated.

I think since it is your first new bike- you need to open her up and see what going on. It might be something as simple as a vacuum hose that is causing the rough idle- I've had that same problem. Did you get it checked out before the purchase?
