In PA you don't need to wear a helmet, and almost no one on a cruiser wears one. I've seen a couple of crashes (ironically saw one of the worst on the way to my MSF class in the spring). I always wonder how there can be so many suicidal people out there. Wind feels great in your hair I'm sure, but the kids will miss you...
