as a test, spray some wd-40 where the axle passes through the front wheel. There have been cases where the front bearing seal will squeal. If the wd-40 stops it, try re greasing the front bearing area and when putting the axle nut back on, make sure you don't over tighten it. Some front axle nuts came too tight from the factory.
