47 Tooth Rear

I just switched out my chain and popped in a 47 Tooth in the rear while I was at it. Also removed snorkel and shimmed the needles. And wow, this thing is a beast now. It roars to life and with the bigger sprocket it takes off like a mofo!
I've been riding like a hooligan ever since!

You need a 13 in the front

I ordered one way back but they called and said they dont actually carry said sprocket so i opted for the 15 instead. It's still sitting in my room lol.

47T rear is fun! but you do know that 15/47 is nearly identical to the stock 14/45 right?

If I were to change one sprocket, should I do 15t front or 47 rear?

Do you want to go faster or slower?

Front down and rear up = better acceleration but lower top speed (and higher cruising RPM)
Front up and rear down = less acceleration but lower cruising RPM

Another note, up 3 in the rear is roughly equivalent to down 1 in the front (and all the vice versas of that)

2. Not 3. 13/45 is equivalent roughly to 14/47

No, they should act the same. Check gearing commander for both your cbr and a 250. I have known to be wrong with numbers before...
