LED instrument panel
ive searched on here and i remember seeing a thread about this but i cant seem to find it now
 anywho is there a certain type of LED i need or one some1 can suggest to replace the high beam indicator on my instrument panel. ive already just had to replace the light for my speedometer and fuel gauge and i dnt rly feel like spending the $10 a bulb the stealership charges for round here.

I got my cluster LED bulb replacements off of ebay. Note: The LED color must match the lens color, so you'll need to get blue for the high-beam indicator. If you choose to get white anyway you'll find the indicator too dim to see, even at night (as I found out the hard way).

This was my order from Superbrightleds.com for an '08 dash. The 5w red was for the tail light. Also you need to do the diode mod for an LED in the turn ind. hole.

That's odd those lights, even stock, will almost last the life of the bike. Have you checked your voltage when running above idle?
