Trading your pre-gen for a new-gen:confused:?

Ok, I love my 05. I think she's sexy, but lately I've been looking at an 08 that's parked at the school. I'm really liking her, and sometimes the thought of trading my pre-gen to get one sorta cross my mind.

has any of you guys ever turn in your pre-gen for a newer one?

I dnt wanna be the only one.

If you're thinking about trading in your 250, might as well get a 300, right?

What's the matter with being 'the only one'? Do what you want.

I'm sure there was quite a few back in 2008 and later years that sold/traded in their prev gen Ninja 250 for then current one. Of course I know some people that did that and then changed their minds and went back to their prev gen too.

Good info in this thread:

Iron Ninjas!! Battle of the 250s!

We've owned pre-gens, new-gens, and now a 300. They get better each time. They also get more expensive. Deciding what's worth the money to upgrade is up to each individual.

I totally want a Ninja 300... but I would keep my pregen.

I'd probably mount more luggage stuff on the pregen and make her into my work commuter and have the 300 for fun
