Team Ohio Racing & Their Wounded Warrior Alumni Crew Receive Support from the XR1200 Owners Group

The XR1200™ Owners Group and Sportster Owners Group Forums seek to help fund the Team Ohio Racing #26 Harley-Davidson XR1200.The XR1200™ Owners Group and Sportster Owners Group Forums seek to help fund the Team Ohio Racing #26 Harley-Davidson XR1200. The forum will help raise funds in the team’s efforts in the Vance & Hines XR1200 Series at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway, August 18-19. This grass roots effort was started by the forum moderator based on member response to the team effort at Mid-Ohio in July. “On a privateers budget Team Ohio Racing is preparing to race their XR at the most iconic track in America, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway… on MotoGP weekend. But the team understands there is more to racing than winning� stated the forum moderator Thomas McGoogan. “At Mid-Ohio Team Ohio Racing stepped up and inspired us with his contributions to the Wounded Warriors project. They organized and presented a silent auction with all proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project. Then the team staffed their race pit crew with returning veterans. Team Ohio Racing walked the walk� concluded McGoogan. Between now and August 15th all donations made to The XR1200™ Owners Group and Sportster Owners Group will help fund the their WWP effort at Indy.
