Area P - GB (for the 300!) Runs through March 31.

The Area P GB is offered for both 250 and 300 models and is available exclusively to ninjette.org members only. Member David White ("diwhiteii") has volunteered to assist with administrating the GB threads on both forums.

It won’t be based on quantity or minimums. It won’t be based on one particular style system. You can drop out without any drama if you change your mind. Payments are not required until the GB ends and we actually begin assembling/shipping orders.

In addition - If we reach orders for 10+ systems on the 250 - at the conclusion of the GB and after all the orders are assembled/shipped –– those names will get “dropped into a hat”. Alex will then pull one name out and that person will get their exhaust system purchase price refunded! We’ll do the same offer for the 300 GB if we reach 10+ systems!

The 250 GB will run until the end of February (28th) 2013. At the conclusion, order processing will commence. (link to 250 group buy thread)

The 300 GB will run until the end of March (31st) 2013. The reason for leaving this one open longer, is simply we are still working on the Tooling/Fixtures. Exhaust Systems are not yet available. Our systems are very complex and unique in design. They share nothing in common with the 250. Therefore, all new Tooling/Fixtures are required and must meet our high standards of precision. Currently we are projecting the first article production systems to be ready for check-fit in Mid-March. Production systems will follow directly after and are projected to be available end of March. If any unforeseen delays in production are experienced, we will still honor the intro GB pricing, provided your name was on the original list at its conclusion (March 31, 2013). And of course you are under no obligation and are free to drop out at any time.

*So what’s the deal? -

For the 250 - $50.00 off any system. $75.00 off when you purchase a system and Jet kit. (link to 250 group buy thread)

For the 300 - $75.00 off any system. $100.00 off when you purchase a system and FI Micro Programmer.

*Limit one order per member. No dealers.

Hello to All,

I am David White and am the one assisting with administration of the GB threads on both forums. Feel free to direct your questions to me about the group buy and I make sure to get back with you as soon as possible. Please try to keep your questions inline with the group buy so I can keep accurate data on the number of people interested. I am very knowledgable about the Ninja 250R & 300, so I should be able to answer your question, if not I will contact Kerry to get you the right answer. I am ready to start taking names, so get those tax returns ready!

I don't even have my bike yet, but I know this will be one of my first mods.

Add me to the list for the full standard mount system, standard carbon fiber muffler, and the micro tuner. Thanks

Hi Thomas,

The price before was a special with free shipping so you would only qualify for the $75 off of the exhaust , which is still a great discount.

That sucks I would rather have paid for shipping for a little tuner than miss a $25 discount. Lol

Thanks for organizing.

Any chance for deal on a long core muffler for the 250? Already a AreaP customer, looking to change the sound and look.

cheers

You might want to contact them directly about a deal on just the muffler. This wouldn't apply to the GB.

IDK if I missed it in the other threads, but what were the pricing tiers for the different systems? I know the FI micro programmers price.

Thanks Baja. I saw that after I posted Guess I should read more carefully in future before posting.

I was hoping to maybe see some clearer pics, but at least I've got the general idea of the choices.

Here are a couple other photos of the optional end cap. Kerry at Area P told me this end cap is a little louder because the outlet hole is a little larger and because it doesn't turn down like the other end cap. I think this one looks much better than the other one.
