Haven't seen any other kits for the pregen. I like the comp werkes one, and I'm selling mine right now. The tag is lit up by the taillight. There's a spot on the bottom of the taillight that has a plastic cover over it. Just pop that out and glue some plastic from a CD case over it and you've got more than enough light to be legal. If you're interested in the comp werkes one, here's a link to my sale thread: http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=43123
And, just to be fair, you can get a similar effect just by chopping your stock fender and making your own tag bracket. Here's a thread about that: http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=26456

Just hack off your fender, make a license plate bracket by bending a piece of scrap metal, put your turn signals into the pods. Lots of threads on how to do it all and the result will be better and no more difficult than an expensive kit.

Hacking the fender is a very easy process and it looks great.

i thought about just removing the rear fender on my '05 but i dont know what sockets to get for the turn signals. i dont want to modify the original stalk ones in case i sell the bike and need to put it back to stock. also, 2wheelguy, where did you get those amber colored side lenses? thats another thing keeping me from doing it, since im not sure how legal a red turn signal is on a bike here in missouri. if yall could let me know that would be great! thanks!
