Cool Powder Coating Services.

I wanted to let everyone know that I offer powder coating services... So hit me up for your powder coating needs. I know on motorcycles there isnt THAT much you can powder coat, but I powder coat pretty much anything and everything that is metal.

Example. Have a project? want the frame powder coated? HIT ME UP

The only thing I ask is that it have no paint or anything on it and its ready for me to shoot.

Prices will vary depending on colors. Example. Rims I can do for anywhere from $150-300

Colors like black and white will be CHEAP. All others will be based on what I get the powder for. Group buy?! SURE!! As long as is the same color you can get discounts on group buys.

Thanks everyone! Ill bump this from time to time to remind you I offer this.

p.s. If you live outside of CA and want something small that you want to ship that will work as well. Ill just have you paypal payment before I send it back. PM me for more info.

-Justin

Pics of stuff ive done.

I dont do it. I tried using the sand blaster we have but it sucks. Id prefer you to bring it to me ready to go... If you cant I have someone I can take stuff to.

We sell media blasting booths but dont have one. Go figure but at least we have a paint booth and powder coating booth I can use. (I cant paint stuff for you though its our show booth)

If you wanna haul it up lmk. Pretty sure a lotus frame will fit. width is where Im limited. but they are pretty small plus I can turn it sideways

However idk if would be cost effective for you to drag it all the way up here. Ill beat any quote you get from anywhere else but there is still the matter of driving distance... lol

Whoaaa nice!
I'm interested Justin!
It'll probably be small pieces, such as my CAI intake piping, engine covers, valve covers, mainly parts for my car.
But I've been looking for a powder coater for a long time!

If you don't mind, can I pass the word onto my friends who may also would want to utilize your powder coating services?

for sure dude. pass on the word. I mostly did it for my car clubs since there is more stuff under the hood

I powder coat everything for my mechanic. His project car will have EVERYTHING powder coated that it can for the most part.

You're close enough you can just drive your stuff up too. And yes. tell your friends. I like money and they probably like powder coated stuff for pretty cheap

but yeah as you can see Ive done ICP kits, valve covers, rims, intake manifolds

Cool, They shouldn't be large parts. Just a valve cover and maybe my heat shield.

valve cover no problem

Heat shield I can and will do but idk if the powder coating will last that long if its to close to the exhaust it may discolor and become really brittle fast. Just depends how hot it gets.

Oh right "facepalm." I forget those little details sometimes haha which is funny since I paint a lot. I'll remember to hit you up when the time comes (which may be awhile from now)

$150 would be for both rims as long as I have the powder/color you want on the shelf and dont have to special order it. AAAANNNND if you sand blast if yourself.

last parts a biggy. If you have me do it, add another $50

if he did thats not bad. Its really good if you are getting some crazy color. All basic colors are that price (on my shelf)

But in basically not going to do neon green for $150. as the powder would cost at least half of that.

Oh I forgot "deals"

If you gave me more then one set I would only charge like $75 after the first set if they are the same color

If you wanted white $100

there are reasons for all my prices.

white $100.

Green idk cause I have to see how much powder would cost me.. Id want you to pick the green. I dont like to guess on colors what would look the closest to the color the customer wants... Our colors are different and named different than paint so usually you gotta pick one thats close. Green would be at least $200 prolly.

I will just break it down for you. We do almost all white here. Since white is what is done here my base price starts at $100.

and other (custom) colors are gonna be at least $50 because I charge $50 to change colors... Changing colors isnt something that takes 5 min. it takes awhile, I have to clean the machine, and the booth. It takes around an hour.

So thats where $150 comes from for the any color I have. A color I dont have you just pay for the powder plus the $150.

If you had something that you wanted the same color I dont charge the other $50 since I dont have to do a color change
