New A&L Rear Set Adjuster Group Buy

Hey guys,

Talked to A&L about possibly starting a group buy! He said lets do it I'm going to guess that it will be the same as the last group buy. 1% for each person up to 20% off. So if 15 people buy by the deadline only 15% off. 20 people means 20%.

MSRP $69.99

Shipping is $6.50 in the USA. $12 into Canada, and $14.50 into most of the rest of the world.

Here is the link to the last group buy.

For the money these are great. Got it for mine to keep the racebike build inexpensive.

Count me in as well
If I may be allowed a noobish question, would clip-ons be a necessary purchase to complement the adjusters or can I continue using the stock handlebars and still enjoy a more sportier position? thanks.

Instead of "new," how about "2012" or something in the title? We might have another "new" one in the future!

Hi guys,

Spring time is here... and it's time to ride. (Too bad my knees are giving out)

Anyway... let's go with the pricing we used last time.

5 people = 10% off
10 people = 15% off
+15 people = 20% off

I suggested to dailyridden250R, about a 2 week window to build the list for the group buy. But, that's up to you guys.

This will work the same way as last time. once we get to the deadline, I will set the price, and I will make a discount code for the group, and it will be active for about 2 weeks after the group buy. That way, you will have time to line up the purchase with your payday.

I'm also thinking about adding my levers onto this group buy, but I need to get into my shop this morning to see what kind of inventory I have. If you guys are interested in them... let me know, and I will figure out the prices.

If you have any questions, just post up.

DailyRidden250R: Please keep a list on the first post, so it's easy to track how many people we have.

Thanks guys.

Can't change now but a good suggestion!

I am working on another group buy for the forum for the preload adjusters. I will use that suggestion.

I will count that as 3 people. Actually, I guess I should re-word the prices. It should be parts, and not people.

Sorry, I forgot to check my inventory today, but I bet I have parts to put together at least 6 sets of levers. (depending on the colors)

I will check in the morning, and get a price for you guys.

I would like some hole spacing before committing to see if they would work on a '02 ZZR250.

If you can ship to Japan, sign me up for a set.

Previous group buy stated "$14 for int'l shipping". That still the going rate?

Shipping to Japan shouldn't be a problem, but let me verify the price. The $14 was into Europe.

A small box to Japan is $16

I don't think I can do 25%.... but, if you get 20 parts/people I will see if I can squeak out a couple more %. This board has supported me, so I will do what I can.

The brake side is 65mm and the shifter side is 52mm. Also, the bottom hole is now slotted about 2mm.

Normally the "ZZR" is one generation out, and since yours is an '02... I dont' think these will work. BUT... I could be wrong since the ZZR 250 isn't in the USA.

If you get a center mounting bolt measurement, I may have something from a different bike that will work.

OK guys.... Here's the deal on my end.

Right now, I have 12 sets at the anodizer, and I was waiting for them to come back. I called this morning, and they didn't start them because the had a large order in front of me. I told them to hold them, and I am going to start a second batch to send into them, so I will have enough made to cover 20 sets. (then I don't get charged for 2 batches) I told them I will need a rush on it once the new parts arive... so, I should have it all back, and ready to ship by the middle, to the end of next week.

SO... if DailyRidden250 agrees, I say that you guys set the dead-line for next Friday. (March 30th) That way, people can put their order in, over the weekend, and I will get them shipped out the following Monday.

I was thinking the exact same thing, but if my wife realizes that I bought more parts for my bike, I could be sleeping in the dog house for a while. Bike parts are 2 to 3 times more expensive here though... Looks like the Yoshimura adjusters are going for about $160.

Okay, I'll tell ya what I'll do. If we don't get another person by the deadline, put me down for 2 sets. I'll just have to figure out how to sneak the delivery by the wife.

One more thing to clarify', Dr H. Is the new linkage included in the kit like the last time?

I bought mine used and I don't think they came with new linkage. I assumed it worked with the stock linkage. Was I wrong?

Edit: N/M. I think I found it.

I just wanted to inquire about payment process for the GB and how we would go about actually placing the order.
You will order direct from A&L and Dr. H will be handling payment and shipping. I don't collect any money nor make any. I am just in it for a discount that we all are getting in this group buy. Just facilitating the process.
