MANILA, Philippines - There is no more space for an additional motorcycle lane along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue , Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Francis Tolentino said Monday in response to calls from motorcycle groups for the MMDA to designate two exclusive lanes along EDSA for motorcyclists.
