Yeah, If I tried my form like that I'd be digging pegs and other hard parts in the ground.

I'm sure if you checked his bike, he'd been scraping, too. what kind of bikes were 08 and 25?

08 and 25 look like supermotos? Which I think would explain the reason as to why their riding positions look so different.
