This is my basic list, I'm trying to stay budget friendly so keep that in mind with the recommendations. I will be commuting on this bike to and from an office and to and from patients homes...
Jacket

Second choice: http://www.motorcyclegear.com/street/jackets_and_vests/mesh_jackets/icon/hooligan_2_etched_mesh_motorcycle_jacket.html
Third choice: http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Detail.bok?no=5246

Helmet
First choice: http://www.motorcyclegear.com/street/closeouts/helmets/scorpion/exo_400_skull_bucket_motorcycle_helmet.html
Second choice: http://www.motorcyclegear.com/street/closeouts/helmets/scorpion/exo_700_animal_within_helmet.html

Gloves
First choice: http://www.motorcyclegear.com/street/closeouts/gloves/icon/arc_motorcycle_gloves.html
Second choice: http://www.motorcyclegear.com/street/gloves/street_short_cuff/icon/sub_stealth_motorcycle_gloves.html

Boots: http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Detail.bok?no=8237
Pants(brown and blue): http://www.sartsoshop.com/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=6

I know the boots aren't calf length but I can't seem to find any that would look pseudo professional under scrubs or the jeans...

So you plan on keeping the boots on after you get off the bike? The Tourmaster Solution 2.0 boots (under jeans/pants) should look alright.

Those shoes you linked to (yes, shoes) won't do anything to protect you. I'd highly recommend looking for a full size boot that meets your needs like the one Sean linked

I'm reading the reviews and I don't really need a waterproof boot as of now( new rider, will stay out of rain till more experienced ). I live in SoCal and it gets warm so I'm worried about the temps of these boots, really think I need vented boots or something more breathable.

Yeah I plan on keeping them under the jeans. I had originally thought of getting some timberlands or some steel toe work boots but after reading the forums, decided it wasnt a good idea. Any recommendations for something to wear under scrub pants. As a home health rn, I'm not sure if my work will be ok with me going in jeans... But I don't know

Those are about the same as a pair of steel toes. If you are worried about the temp, I'd recommend looking for a different kind of jacket. Even with venting, they'll be warm. But that site does have some good deals on mesh jackets now. I picked up this: http://www.motorcyclegear.com/street/closeouts/mesh_jackets_and_pants/speed_and_strength/moment_of_truth_sp_mesh_motorcycle_jacket.html

Helmet choice is good

To save money look at Shift jackets on close out, some good savings there

I like the scorcher mesh jacket available at www.compacc.com . I just "upgraded" from a field sheer mesh jacket and find the quality of the waterproof liner higher..... along with the collar padding. It's only $90.

There's also a close out sale for scorpion exo 1000 helmets you might be interested in on sportbiketrackgear since the price is close to your helmet choices
