I find it odd its just this one..I just had my bike apart and put it back together and noticed this. The speedo and fuel guage are fine. How do they work? are the individual bulbs running on the same current and wiring? are the bulbs user accessible and is this something that is covered under warranty?

found this on another site... "From the looks of the Parts Fiche, the bulbs plug into the wire harness in the back of the cluster.

They are either rubber grommet or twist lock sockets to hold the bulbs. Reach in the back, grab it, pull it out (if it is a twist lock then twist it), pull the bulb, and go to your nearest automotive store such as NAPA or order part #92069-1007 from your local Kawi Dealership.

Not sure how the cluster is mounted or covered, so you may need to remove the cowling, or possibly just the windscreen to get to the back."

There's a single bulb that lights up the tachometer, it's accessible by removing the headlight/front fairing. From there you should be able to pull the old bulb out and swap a new one in.

No, each bulb is held in with a little rubber boot so you simply pull the old one out and place the new one in and push the assembly into the cluster.

Refer to that thread so you can see the pictures where each grey assembly is where a bulb goes.

I had all my bulbs switched out for LEDs so that helped a lot.
