Is there any way to set the setting of the notification function like facebook and receive notice everytime when someone reply to the thread i subscribe?
i just don't want to receive loads of email a day.

I believe the OP wants to have the notification that pops up in the upper right when someone quotes him to appear also whenever someone replies to a post he is subscribed in and not an email notification.

I'd like to know how to do this too!

OK - if so, those are separate. The email notifications process is built in to vbulletin. The quotes/mentions notifications that show up at the top right pull-down is an add-on feature I incorporated awhile back.
