Just my input here: I like bikes with lighting, but you might want to move the LED's around a little bit because you want them to make an underglow rather than an undershiney-glare.

I don't think either way is any less legal than the other, but imho it looks better when you see the glow from the LED's without actually seeing the bare LED's themselves.

Looks good. IMO neons and LEDs look best when you cant see them. All you want to see is the glow
