The flowers I ordered from Proflowers.com arrived and they not what I ordered!!!! :mad:

What's suppose to be sent:

They'll make it right. The flowers come from local florists... they're the ones that fouled up. It's happened to me too. Customer service is good.

Got the full refund. I've bought from Proflowers before but don't recall this ever happening. I never had issues with 1800flowers though.

I bet they cost a fortune too lolol

It wasn't so bad until all these crazy fees and taxes came a' nippin'

Which side of town you live on? I have used http://www.kayteeflorist.com/ for several years, no issues whatsoever.

Currently living close to the galleria area now. I've been busy with school and work so I haven't had the chance to check out the local vendors. I'll keep that in mind thanks :)
