The Ninja 300 race bodywork is up on their website. It will be here on Thursday according to UPS. I'm really excited and will post pics as soon as I can get it on the bike. The set in the pictures on the website is the exact set I'm getting on Thursday. Once I fit them to the bike and ensure there are no issues they will send me the second set.
I've got some ideas for the paint job, but feel free to Photoshop your suggestions.

Me too. I don't know why they left the headlight shapes. I'll just work with what I got.

Get some of those dorky headlight vinyls like in WSBK so it looks like you still have headlights on your race bike

Looks good dude, I noticed they left in OEM the tank fairings, I like the tail section too. Is that the OEM windscreen? My Catalyst set has the same upper that uses the OEM gauge cowling, I was thinking of using a dremel so I can drop the clipons a bit, have you considered that?

Getting to Chuck next round? Need another 300 to bang bars with. . .

I think I'm gonna have Chris Kruzel make my numbers in the shape of the headlights. I took it out to High Plains Raceway yesterday, and I think it's perfect just the way I have it set up. I don't think I'll make it down to Chuckwalla for a while. Besides, it's your guys turn to come up and race with the MRA.

They left the headlight indents so that they can also sell these as replacement street fairings for crashed bikes. Wish they integrated the false-frame parts. Airtech Streamlining specializes in getting rid of unneeded lumps, indents, and holes, so let's wait and see what they have. :)

Nope. They were gonna make me a set of street bodywork, but they said it wouldn't work.

I think they may have left the headlights in because the original plan was to make a street upper as well, but when they found that it wouldn't work the molds were already made so they just left them in.

Sure they weren't talking about the tail section?

Yep, I was in contact with Sharkskinz as they were making these. The set you see on my bike is the set on their website. They were trying to make a street upper and they emailed me and said it would have to be two sets of race bodywork that I got because the street upper was not gonna work. I'm not sure why, I didn't ask for details.

Peanut, do you have any track videos up on Youtube? I like watching as many 250 riders as I can because I like seeing their different styles.

Can't wait to see how the 300 looks when you're done with the vinyls.

The headlight bumps don't look so bad, shouldn't hurt your aerodynamics to bad.

Looks good, but the green/white/blue reminds me of a Dainese suit that I saw back in the mid 90's.

Yep. There is a reason why cheaper brands can sell for what they do. Quality costs money. I picked up a set of race bodywork recently for extremely cheap (they are beat up). I am really glad I didn't pay full price, or even half price. They look like a three year old trimmed them after removing from the mold.

Spend the extra money on bodywork. It is worth it.

The paint scheme is actually copied from a 1992 ZX-7R.

As far as the quality goes. My paint guy says they were the best he has ever worked with and the primer was top quality. He was very happy with them.
