Just wanted to introduce myself, I currently live in Hampton Roads, VA and will be moving to Tampa, FL soon. Anyone here from Tampa that can help out with some tips on the area? Well I bought my 08 250R used last summer with 300 miles as a fun commuter bike. This is my second bike I also have an 06 R6, but i actually find myself riding the 250 more often. Its a fun lil bike and its way past my inteded "its my commuter bike" thinking and have pretty much modded it to the point of no return. I hope to learn and hopefully contribute to everything I've learned about this bike and seat time.

I also noticed theres a lot of guys here from Hawaii. I just wanted to say Aloha. I am originally from there too from good ole Kalihi, HI. My job just requires me to circle the world a couple times every few years, but I always call the islands home.

uncomfortable...NO. I find it more comfortable around town. For spirited driving around twisties its a bit different it gives me the feeling of being on the bike instead of being a part of the bike. I dont know if that makes any sense but thats the best I can describe it in words at this time.
