Hey there appear to be 3 points of preload adjustment on the rear suspension.

Where did you set yours, how much do you weigh -- and do you have any comments?

Mine was set to the softest setting when i got the bike and i just turned up to the third/stiffest setting. The bike doesn't feel as 'planted' in the rear, but im wondering if thats because i am now feeling all the feedback of losing [minute amounts of traction] that i wasnt aware of on the gushy setting.

Im 160lb and typing on a tablet, please forgive my punctuation etc.

Thanks. I gleaned as much from that thread.

Still looking for a littke experience with these settings, rider weight, and the 'feel' of different settings.

It's a preload setting. The only difference you're going to get from adjusting the preload is how far down into the stroke of the shock that the bike sits.

You aren't changing the spring rate, the valving, etc etc; You're only adjusting how much the bike sags when you sit on it.
