So im getting a helmet for the GF so she can start riding with me. She wants a pink helmet but isnt sure because she thinks it will clash with my 09 green/black SE. so ive been looking for some pics of girls on green bikes with pink helmets. riding or passenger is fine. if this isnt in the right subforum feel free to move it. thx in advance.

sorry but I don't think there's any pink helmet that won't clash with green. But who really cares if it's just for the passenger helmet? Besides it lets people know that you're not 2-uping with another dude :D

i would say, if she wants a pink helmet, she should get it. who cares if it doesn't match your bike.

i did try googling it. i think that it is going to be hard to find that combo. maybe you two could go to a shop and ask if she could try on a pink helmet while sitting on your bike... then just take a pic of her so she can see it. just a thought.

Pair it with the green mirrored shield if you want a green accent :)

i guess if she got the scorpion helmet that noche posted, she could have the leaves custom airbrushed green... then it would match a lot better.

altlhough, it would also REALLY help if you maybe highlighted your bike with some pink as well. maybe with some pink flowers. :)

Tell her it doesn't have to match. What is important is the fit and that she is happy to wear it. With out those two things there is no point in getting a matching helmet if she doesn't like wearing and it doesn't fit. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Also another thing you can do is get a pink helmet, straight pink in a medium shade and she can decorate it herself with stickers and decals...
