I fell in love and now I am selling my 250. :( I pick up my 09 Yamaha fz6r tonight.

Update: 30 miles! it rides like a cadillac. I rode it to work this morning and it is unbelievably easy to ride. Has enough pep to get the job done but not jumpy like a supersport. LOVE IT

Congrats! I've been heavily researching FZ6R to find a commuter replacement, however I plan to keep my 250 if I buy it. Sad you had to let yours go. Please write a review in the future!

I like the white. I think I could do without the graphics though.

Congrats, Jess. Wish you the best with the new bike.

And just because you sell the ninja, that doesn't mean you can't continue to visit ninjette in the future.

Don't be a stranger.

Thank you.

Honestly though I didn't know they were pink. I only saw the small pictures and thought they were red. Looks good for you though.

One of the mags just compared the FZ6 and the FZ6R, and came away very impressed with the FZ6R. It's theoretically the lower-end bike, with a steel frame instead of aluminum, less expensive swingarm, lower hp, and a few hundred $ less. But they thought the suspension was much improved, the engine's power was much more accessible and more suited to the newer rider who was most likely to buy the FZ6R, and they liked it quite a bit.

Enjoy the new bike!
