I got this a while back for my ninja but then i enjoyed riding the handle bars stock as they were lower.
Bought them from Motorcycle Larry comes with the 4 longer hex bolts (14mm).
As quoted from their site.
Our 1 1/4" (31.5 mm) risers made from 6061 T-6 aluminum and black anodized with stainless hardware. They install between the bars and the triple tree. Riser Blocks raise your handle bars up 11/4". Retains: Stock Handlebars, Cables, and Hydraulic Lines Comes with stainless mounting screws. MCL Riser Blocks will not interfere or stretch your cables or brake line or your money back.

NOTE: The pic shows two smaller grub screws in each riser but I only got 1 in each. It doesn't really matter and don't know why those are really there for.
