py2e March 19th, 2009, 09:59 AM That's hot!
Does it come in other colors?
ride2max March 19th, 2009, 10:18 AM Thanks bro, currently i just make it on stainless steel so it wont able to coating it with colors. Later i will try it on mild steel and coat it with colors.
Viper-Byte March 19th, 2009, 01:48 PM I think that will look great if it was powdercoated black and matched the frame.
Buffalony March 19th, 2009, 01:53 PM You did it again my man. was that done with a water jet?
How about one for the other side with just the logo?
Anyone here know anything about trademark infringement?
zartan March 19th, 2009, 01:57 PM Nice work! and I love the competition :)!! keep the good stuff coming
ride2max March 19th, 2009, 05:18 PM Later i will try do power coating on the hanger and show you guys the photos.
All done by laser cutting. Yes i do have the bracket with the ninja logo for the other side. If anyone worry bout the trademark infringement, i can change it to other words even if you want to put your name on it. There also a design for 2 seater type of hanger but still in the process of making it. Thank you for ideas and suggestions.
Viper-Byte March 19th, 2009, 05:28 PM I think I will be interested in some powdercoated 2 seater hangers in the future, after a few other mods I have planned.

I wasnt worried about infringement I was wondering If you should be thats all.
I like the part alot and wouldnt want to see kawi coming after you for it...I dont think they would but who knows.
ride2max March 19th, 2009, 05:52 PM Hm...;) this is still under testing mode, in the future i will change the ninja word to other type of logo or user can decide what type of logo they want.
Sloppy2nds March 19th, 2009, 06:07 PM Looks good man.
Ninja007 March 19th, 2009, 11:17 PM ride2max! what's up man! I like the exhaust hanger! very sleek! I'm interested in what the 2 passenger exhaust hanger looks like, I'll be waiting for pics and what not. if you want to put a new word on there instead of "ninja", you could put a sweet looking "250R". just a suggestion. keep 'em coming man! :D
Buffalony March 20th, 2009, 04:37 AM All done by laser cutting.
Sweeet. I noticed you even chamfered the holes. nice. looks top notch.

;) Yeah. At the customer request is probably a better route than as standard.

I am sorry for my inaccurate statement, actually powder coating can be done on stainless steel but not paint coating. If need to do paint coating, i have to use mild steel.
ride2max March 20th, 2009, 10:31 AM Thanks all, i will keep in mind for all your ideas and suggestions and thanks again. Let me finish the extender orders and deliver them 1st then only i have time to put the 2 passenger exhaust hanger and the single passenger bracket to my friend bike and take photos to post it here. I do this as a part time income and hobby as i have my own permanent job. I very sorry for the delay. I will try to post the photos by tuesday.

ride2max April 4th, 2009, 10:02 AM Thanks Kayla,
I will check with the guy who paint all my kits. :)
Small Ninja April 4th, 2009, 10:50 AM no prob i found it on some forum...some guy crashed his bike and scratched some fairings and wanted to do some touch up so someone gave his the site and now i am passing it through.
ride2max April 5th, 2009, 07:47 AM Today i went to my friend shop and ask him about the paint, his advise is better bring it yourself to do the color coating, he worry that the color effect come out is different from your country, but for black color is no problem.

hmmm...can you spray paint it or will the paint not stick? cause if thats the case couldn't we just buy it from you not painted and paint it over here our selfs?
py2e April 7th, 2009, 09:21 PM Can we use the entire surface of the bracket (w/o the two big cut outs) for the custom ones? Also do you have any pics of the black one?
Thanks!
08_250R April 10th, 2009, 09:54 PM How big of CO2 are you using 2000w? Looks great, nice work.
Adam
SpyderGirl May 16th, 2009, 11:26 PM Any more word on these? I think they are awesome as is... although I would prefer the black powdercoating.
magikmagikninjawhut December 20th, 2010, 08:15 AM Are these still being made????
drdoug99 June 28th, 2011, 10:12 PM I guess not.... :(
I've searched Ebay, numerous Ninja and Kawasaki related forums....only a very few companies even make custom hangers, and they are all pretty much the same style that they charge $50 to $80 dollars for...
The ninja logo really jazzes it up, especially the secondary bracket for the non-exhaust side...can someone do this? Zartan? Bueller?
Otherwise I will have to do the el cheapo route like Shift250 did here:

zartan June 28th, 2011, 10:54 PM Hi DrDoug.. not making mine this year. Too busy with my full time business and I only made my one style kit. I sold about a 100 kits. It is just with local labor costs I can't compete with some of the simpler models. But maybe next season... I never could come up with a good idea for the Left side ...and this ones on this thread just went away..

It's cool I understand. I really like yours too Zartan, and of course when I was reading all about your design, you no longer make them. Late to the party like always, D'OH!
ztrack157 June 29th, 2011, 10:53 AM I can source the ninja ones.
drdoug99 June 29th, 2011, 11:51 AM I can source the ninja ones.
You mentioned you could source the Ninja exhaust hangers ...what does that mean? Basically I guess don't do a lot of work on my part, as I am interested in them, but if you have to actually make them or spend a lot of time calling other distributors or manufactrers, I wouldn't be able to actually buy anything for a month or two at least, and if the price is around $50 dollars I would definitely buy them. If they are closer to 70-100 dollars I will probably attempt a homemade version myself.
Thanks for looking into this.
