When I bought the bike at 11,300 miles, I replaced the coolant, oil, oil filter, tires, chain and sprockets, and just recently the air filter

I'm thinking all I will have to do now is the valve adjustment, spark plugs, and lube the steering bearings, and replace the brake lines.

Is there anything else I should check? Should I replace fork and shock oils/seals?
Anything on these bikes that wears faster than the manual says?
