A rack made by German company Hepco Becker is available in the US through Moto Machines. A nice looking rack, it has a plastic cover that can be removed for use with a top case. http://www.motomachines.com/Rear-Alurack--Kawasaki-250-R-Ninja_p_1945.html Unlike the SW-Motech rack, the tail piece seems to sit high enough above the seat so it won't interfere with a seat cowl.
