When you click on the attachments button, you'll see a list of all formats that can be uploaded.
I have a 20MB video (which is a fun one :p ) that I want to upload (i have it in .mov) but I get an error saying that a security token is missing...

can anyone help?

Until Alex can address the security token issue. You can upload your vid to youtube. and use the http://www.ninjette.org/forums/images/custom_images/youtube.gif button to embed it (advanced editor).

Also, you don't need the whole youtube url. just the video id. It shows on the url as v=xxxxxxxx where xxxxxxx is some random set of characters.

Hi - .mov shouldn't be a problem, and 20MB shouldn't be a problem either. Not sure why you're seeing a security token error. That has to do with your authentication to the site, and shouldn't be related to the attachments, but who knows. I'd suggest hitting the log out link in the top right of the site, closing all browsers, re-opening the browser you want to use to ninjette, and logging in again. It will reset your security token and hopefully you won't have this problem.

Interesting. I'm seeing same error when I tried to upload a .mov, but not a .mp4 or .wmv.

test mov

OK - it happens with the vanilla template as well, so it's not a template problem as far as i can tell.

It looks like people have been able to post them in the past:

One was as recently as october 2013:

Alright - I think it is fixed at this point. It doesn't look like it had anything to do with the .mov extension; there was a limit on uploads around 8MB that was kicking in. I must have missed some of those settings in one of the server moves, but all should work as expected from this point forward.
