My name is Lauren. I work at UT in Austin, Texas. I have been on a few bike rides but finally decided to become my own rider. :)

It's all happening so fast and working out really well. I took the moto class the last weekend of December, got my M license on New Years Eve, and found my baby on Sunday, checked her out last night, fell in love, and hit up the bank today. Can't wait to start a beautiful relationship!

My legit neighbor Matt pointed me to this forum so thanks for having me!

well thanks! for some reason most of my friends keep telling me to take a class and I'm shocked that they would think that I'm the type of person to buy something expensive like a motorcycle without knowing how to ride the darn thing lol

People do people things, I have always found its better to be cared for than thrown to the wolves, at least that is my personal experiance

I saw your thread on the opening page and it reminded me of the first day I got my bike. It was less than a year ago, yet feels like a long time with all the adventures that I've experienced. I will never forget that first day feeling. I know you'll love it as much as we all do.
And welcome!
