Toyota White, don't quote me but I was told it was the only pure white. Ford and Chryslers whites have either a blue or yellow tent to them.....:o

Looking good, love the rim tape, but IMO the cowl would look better in flat/matte black.

Are you going to have the seat cowl done too? Yeah but i'm unsure if you can paint blk plastic white? Bc its not like the cowl was painted blk, kawi used blk plastic.:confused:

scuff it and rattle can it with a flat or matte black... it'll come out fine. they have some of that paint thats specifically for plastic now.

you can probably do it white as well, but its harder to get a nice professional looking finish on a piece like that with glossy spray paint (don't think you'd want to do it flat white).

scuffing it and a good primer is the way to go... you can paint it any color you want.

The seat cowl should be painted black from the factory.

yeah i'm getting sliders urgh..... but the question is will i have to buy the stock fairing? or an aftermarket one?

What I wanna know is will these fairings work?
They seem to be the same as the stock ones but a little bit cheaper. I'm going to have to repaint regardless so I don't need a prepainted one. The reason i'm concerned is because normally the after markets ones are in two pieces to include an belly pan. This one seems to need to be purchased separately.

I think the front turn signal is kinda large, but the rest of the bike is sweet! :thumbup:

true story...

CRASHED again. lil scrape on the rear cowl and crack on front fender. Front fender has been repaired and painted black. Once I see it in the day light tomorrow, I'm considering doing the entire tail black... BTW Sliders saved my plastics big time just some lil scratches to the clear coat on the right side fairings.

Id imagine if during a hard leaning curve, the bike would lay down on top of your Leg, crushing or twisting your Knee and Shin! :(

Scorp I got both set of blinkers off ebay. And luckily I didn't go down on my knee. On the last crash I left a shoe print on the tank that I had to buff out from where I pushed off into my supermanish dive into the ditch.

Love the paint. Is that straight white? I am getting my parts back from the shop this weekend. Hopefully I can finally put mine back together. I gave up the SE theme for an all white with blue / grey pearl. Can't wait till it hits the sun.
