LOL my sides hurt so bad - that is one of the funniest things we have so far.

There are going to be some real sushi lovers that are going to go totally over the edge.

You guys may need to start this as a new thread of wild and wacky sushi.

How about peanut butter, bananas, and some chips?

Well, this actually really taste like sushi.

And, it's all about bacon. ;)

I'm not going to lie, that pre cooked bacon is ok. Nothing beats hogs jowl though, period.

I'm also all for some sushi. Idk why some people don't like it. My sister works at a sushi resturaunt and I visit often. I always have her order me something different every time. Sometimes it's good to not know what's in our food.

Pre cooked? nevar!!!
Some people just don't like the thought of raw food/exotic food(to them).

and like I said, it's all about Bacon. ;)

I like the gloves. Surgical precision to your cooking. Nice touch. ;)

can't stand the texture of eel. my wife LOVES it. that is her favorite. although, with all the news lately, she won't eat it if it came from china.

i don't even know how to cook rice in a pot on the stove. i would ruin it for sure if i tried to cook it that way.

the cool thing about sushi is that it can be modified to meet almost any culture's taste.

I was under the impression that (although it is not original sushi), California Rolls (which are on all Sushi menus that I have ever beent to -Japan never been there), have Avacados...

Traditional sushi, has no avocados-period. No where in Japan will you find avocados on any sushi. That's an American thing.

Forget the seaweed, you should wrap it with bacon next time.

We thought about this.
Making bacon log with the above ingredients, but it wouldn't be the same without seaweed, and we wanted to resemble the looks of sushi.

Andrew Zimmern wouldn't even eat that. He might due to the fact that it resembles something phallic
