Howdy Joshua (or do you prefer Josh?)

I know, Googling anything about the Ninjette brings up some thread here. Kinda cool and an easy way to search the years of information stored here.

No one on the forum is from the south. Fortunately, I know what "yall" means. I think it has something to do with sailing.

Welcome Josh!

I bet your enjoying the old back roads. :)

As you already know there isn't much to do in KY and the back roads are plentiful. Just waiting for all the farmers to finish tracking mud on said roads as they prep their fields.
Had a scare last fall as I was going down a back road and didn't think about the farmers harvesting crops. Approached a turn and almost too late, noticed all the mud on the road. Got overwhelmed by the feeling of what I thought was soon to be a broken body and bike but managed to keep it up right and make the corner safely. I'm a lil more cautious this time of year on those back roads to say the least

I feel ya on that.

We have to watch for farmers going 5mph with these on the back just about all year long, cutting hay, moving hay and feeding their cows.

csmith I don't recall ever seeing that on the back but I don't doubt they're here as well. We gotta worry more about huge tractors hauling ?cultivators? behind them taking up over half the road.

Dang!!! That level of farming is rare here due to the terrain. Crashing into one of those is like straight outta final destination. Geeezzz...

Some of the farm equipment around here has such big wheels that Im pretty sure I could straight up ride under haha but I know better.....as tempting as it may be.
