and welcome to the crew. Lots of good advice here. How much riding experience to you have and what is your budget? If you have never ridden, the first thing is find a MSF, Motorcycle Safety Foundation, beginners course. That will help you immensely.

i have no riding experience and i definitely want a ninja 250. im looking to spend 2000 to 4000 but want a 08 or 09 because of the new body style

Then you had better expect closer to $4000+. You probably won't find many for the low end of your budget.

yea ive seen a few for 3750 or 4000 at local dealers
