Does anyone have this helmet?
I'm thinking of getting this on NewEnough.
The local dealers list them for $179. Newenough has them for $130.

Here's a write-up (http://www.jadedgamefans.com/ninja250blog/gearkit/hjc-cl-sp-v-scorpion-exo-400/) I did comparing the Cl-SP to a Scorpion EXO-400 which is a similarly priced helmet. The CL-SP has some nice features, but I still prefer the Scorpion.

You should be able to find it for under $100.

I have the CL-SP and it is fine. It felt a lot more confortable than the other helmets i tried. The only thing is the Visor is a little stubborn to flip up. Other than that, I really enjoy the air inlets, it helps defog the visor in the cold and keep you fresh in the heat.

My first Lid was an HJC CL-SP, I now also have a scorpion ex-700, I found the HJC much quieter, and over a season it became a little loose on me as it broke in the padding so if I turned my head to look over my sholder at hwy speed I could feel it really move or pull (however I believe that is just dependant on the person, since my friend loves his and has not had that problem). I do prefer the HJC for changing visors easier, but like mentioned before i did find I would have a little issue cracking the visor open sometimes.
My scorpion fits me a little tighter but is much louder and gives alot of wind noise.

IMHO for the price I think the HJC is a good buy.

I also have a 1 ride experience with a ZOX lid, don't remember what model, but I believe it was one of their $80 lids. It was confortable and not very loud. my only complaint about it was that even thought it had a d-link there was no little clip to snap the end of the chin strap so it flopped around a little. however those little clips are like $1 and can easily be added on.

I checked the both out and bought the Scorpion EXO-700. The fit was better for me and I like the "S" badge more than HJC's sticker. Also, the Scorpion visor has more detents between open and closed.

Thanks Sam.
I placed an order with NewEnough for 130.
After I saw your link and decided to call NE to cancel.
They were very nice and processed the cancellation.

I got my Cl-SP from NewEnough a year ago. Oddly enough the cheekpads were smaller than those in the stores where I tried it on. Had to buy larger cheekpads separately and put them in, but the helmet was/is still great.

I've got a CL-SP and I like it. Fits pretty well for me and the ventilation is adequate.
