Brand new with tags - too large for me. Size L, Short (30" inseam, but there's no way that's accurate.. it's more like 31-32")... waist was a *little* too big and the inseam was a bit too long.

The waistband is highly adjustable but even at the smallest setting, it wasn't snug (I usually wear 30" - 31" waist jeans)
