WHEN we revealed Suzuki’s fully-faired GSR250F (http://www.visordown.com/motorcycle-news-new-bikes/suzuki-reveals-gsr250f/25471.html) (called the Inazuma 250F over here) at the start of September, it was tough to find anything very positive to say about the way it looked.

However, the naked version isn’t much of a looker either, and it’s been a sales success, so it’s no surprise that Suzuki has now said it will sell the faired bike over here from early next year.

Spec-wise, it’s identical to the stock Inazuma, which means 24bhp and 16lbft of torque. Not a lot. And the fairing ups the weight to 189kg (wet), which is a lot. But the flipside of the staid performance is a claimed 85mph fuel economy figure.

As with the rest of the new Suzukis, prices will be announced nearer the bikes’ on-sale dates.
