These directions are worthless. I made a picture with what I have. Could someone connect the dots please.

Anyone know where to get the plastic connectors so I can make a custom harness in case I want to undo it in the future?

Zach,

Well like you said without words the picture is worthless and the color codes for the wires are 180 out from the manual.

I'm going way out on a limb here but let's suppose the red circle is the tail light it would have three wires, one common (most likely the black), one for the running light (red, counter intuitive but the manual shows the running light lead as red) and, the brake light (blue, manual shows brake light as blue). I'd guess the box with the lightning bolt is the the power supply and the blue circle the modulator.

I'd just match colors to start with.

Radio Shack or an auto parts store will have the plastic modular connectors.

Red Square is the 3 wires coming from the tail light. Blue circle is the modulator. Lightning bolt is the battery or factory harness. Well that helps a bit right off. I was racking my brain trying to figure out why in the hell there would be three wires for a simple DC light....DOH! Two lights....one ground.

why would a brake modulator has 3 wires? Should only have 2.

It has 3. I would assume Power in, Power out (with flash), and Ground.

zach - search for the thread about the brake light modulators - you'll find the wiring info in there :)

Nothing about the comagination modulator in that thread.

Pretty sure I've got it. Going to wire it up tonight or tomorrow.
