Anyone know what is underneath the cloth? Is is all smooth? Or are there holes in it? I'm debating on whether or not I should try taking off the cloth and cushion and just painting the plastic or fiberglassing over it to put a little form in it.

Buy a seat cowl, the seat pan will look like crap painted.

Or buy a cover from Custom Seat Creations and make it look like a cowl.

I'm happy with my cowl. Looks good and allows more storage. I can put a Gatorade, my tool kit, wallet and something else. Usually another Gatorade or my video camera.

I lost a set of keys one time when I put them in the underseat storage, damn black hole in there.

There isn't a chance in hell I would trust my wallet or my video camera in that thing...
